CONSCIOUS DIVING THREE-DAY PROGRAM
for individuals, couples and groups:
2 Fun Dives per day for 3 consecutive days
1 Night Dive
CONSCIOUS DIVING 3-part Meditative Mentoring Program:
This conscious philosophy and methodology enhances fun diving and playful daily living.
Based on a bio-psycho-social and non-anthropocentric approach, we learn more deeply: the marine biology; the human neurobiology; the science of inter-relationship, conservation and connection.
In the Ocean or on the Beach, this includes each day:-
Mentoring before the first Fun Dive, 30 minutes
3 Intensive periods of
Breath and Body Training
Mindfulness (Sati) Meditation
Loving-Kindness (Metta) Meditation,. These are each 10 minutes in duration between Dives (surface interval). This helps us to better deal with fears, stresses and anxiety around diving.
30 minutes NSDR Non-Sleep Deep Rest protocol. This restorative yogic practice in the Ocean is scientifically evidenced to enhance deep sleep, insight, and creativity to support life-long diving, fun and play.
The Program is supported by online guided meditative practices that you can access after the training. Raphael’s exceptional voice facilitates a profound and peaceful Inner Deep Dive experience.
This Three-Day Program is adaptable time-wise to suit individual dive needs

08:00 Breakfast and first CONSCIOUS DIVE mentoring
08:30 Dive Briefing and First Fun Dive
09:30. Three 10-minute CONSCIOUS DIVE mentoring + Rest Time
11:00 Dive Briefing and Second Fun Dive
12:00 Lunch and Final CONSCIOUS DIVE meditative mentoring
12:30 Feedback + Home Practice Instruction for next day’s Fun Dives

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of an Open Water Diving Certification
We can refer you to a Diving Center near you and it will only take 2/3 days:
It is important to have the minimum diving skills to be able to focus your attention on the new concepts we bring in this experience and fully enjoy the Dive.

MEET THE CONSCIOUS DIVE CREATORS
Astrid Mondejar
Astrid is a Diver Master: leading dives in Koh Tao, Sail Rock, Koh Phangan and Anthong National Park, Thailand. She is a Social Entrepreneur, directing non-profit international organization, RIZOOMA. RIZOOMA cultivates volunteering, activism, art, ecology and entrepreneurship. Astrid is training in Marine Conservation and Breathwork. She is passionate about helping all beings be happy and free.
Dr Raphael Jay Adjani
Raphael is an integrative psychotherapist working with trauma, stress, addiction, belonging and self-worth; teacher-trainer of meditation, yoga and dance-theater; and academic researcher. They undertake water therapy; meditation, yoga, dance and play therapy in the ocean.
