As a qualified, experienced psychotherapist, I create a warm, safe and enabling space for you to:

My psychotherapy system - which I call psychocreatiivity - is a synthesis of:
talk focused therapy focusing on a deep psychotherapy process
existential psychology including Buddhist and Yogic - that clarifies our purpose in life that is specific to you
meditative therapy focusing on mindfulness, self-compassion and connection
creative therapies such as photography, art, dance, writing
play therapy for adults as well as children
deep ecological process with particular focus on water-based therapy
cognitive behavioral therapies focusing on commitment to actions to achieve aims and goals
pioneering research in science, including biology and neuroscience
We work on this together. For example, if you connect most to dance, the therapy becomes dance oriented. If talking is what you need we talk. If Mindfulness supports you to deal better with pain I guide and train you in mindful activity and meditation. If water can soothe your being, we work in water.

SESSION TIMES
1 to 4 sessions a week - depending on your need - of 50 Minutes each for an initial program of 10 sessions. These can be online or in-person. Some clients prefer double sessions of 100 minutes which can be arranged.
